Did you know the founder of Mother’s Day, peace activist Anna Jarvis, spent much of her life boycotting the very holiday she helped conceive? Don’t believe me? Consult Wikipedia. I love that the founder of this modern day Hallmark holiday was a peace activist. I love that she cared for wounded soldiers on both sides of the Civil War. I believe that the foundation of leading a beautiful, BOLD, and juicy life is knowing and sharing our truths. A truth that I have shared is that I struggle with depression, anxiety, and PTSD. While I have made great strides in getting a handle on my mental health, there can be days where multiple triggers throw up a road block.
