What do you do for work? Sound familiar? How many times do we ask others this question? How many times have you been asked? When I worked at New England Organ Bank as a donation coordinator I used to joke that someday I was going to respond that I was a “button pusher.” It was challenging to describe all the facets of the role. Chocolate, coconut, or nougat?

Forrest Gump wasn’t kidding. Life IS like a box of chocolates. So how did I get here? How did I arrive at this point in my life? As I spent time reflecting about this today, I felt a warm smile spread across my face. I started a blog back in 2007 so that my family & friends could follow my 2nd Ironman journey.
