There’s a man in my life. He is 83 years young. He has taught me oh so many, many things. He has made me proud. He has also made me angry, sad, and disappointed. I know I have made him all these things in return as well. He does the best he can do. I do the best I can do.
So thank you dad for teaching me. Thank you for teaching me the hard lessons.
Thank you Dad for showing me. Thank you for showing me what hard work looks like.
And most importantly, thank you Dad for sharing. Thank you for sharing your love, your passions, yourself with me.
I am grateful for this man who, alongside with my mother, raised me and molded me into the woman I am today.
